Customer Configurator

Once a configuration is assigned to a WooCommerce product, customers launch the configurator from the product page and customize the sign before adding it to cart or requesting a quote.

The product page displays the configured button label from Global Settings -> Configuration page -> Buttons. When the customer clicks it, WordPress opens the configured customizer page with the product and configuration context already attached.

The storefront configurator uses the same configuration data tested in Preview. In Direct Options mode, customers move through the required options and editor tools. In Advanced mode, customers can choose a design collection and design preset, then customize the allowed text, image, color, fixing, lighting, and border options.

Uploaded preview images for design collections and designs should appear here whenever they are defined in the admin. If a preview is missing, check the design image in the Advanced Designs tab and confirm the configuration is assigned to the product being tested.
